Bellmac’s latest residential proposals submitted for planning by EKPS

EKPS has submitted a full planning application to Salford City Council on behalf of Bellmac in respect of a site within Walkden Town Centre.

The scheme, designed by Tim Groom Architects, comprises a five storey building. The scheme will provide a total of 43 new apartments, in a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, many of which will benefit from private balconies. The scheme also includes retail / commercial units at ground floor fronting Bolton Road and Manchester Road.

The development will provide high quality homes on a site in close proximity to the amenities of Walkden Town Centre and within easy walking distance of Walkden train station.

The application is likely to be determined by Salford City Council in Spring 2019.
