Watling Street proposals approved by Cheshire West & Chester Council

Galliford Try Partnerships’ revised proposals involving the former Council office buildings on Watling Street in Northwich have been granted planning permission by Cheshire West & Chester Council.

The proposals, designed by Pozzoni, include a 70-unit residential building in Northwich Town Centre, designed specifically for over 55s.

The scheme responds to concerns raised by Committee Members during the determination of the previous application.
