Student accommodation scheme in Portsmouth granted planning

Portsmouth City Council has granted planning permission for a student accommodation scheme designed by DAY Architectural on behalf of Glenmore Student Property.

The scheme involves the demolition of Unity Hall on Coburg Street and the erection of an eleven-storey scheme comprising 123 studios.

EKPS provided planning consultancy advice throughout the project.
