Watling Street proposals submitted to Cheshire West

On 22 June 2017, EKPS submitted a planning application to Cheshire West & Chester Council on behalf of Galliford Try Partnerships, seeking approval to redevelop a site owned by the Council located in the centre of Northwich.

The site – half a hectare in size – currently comprises two buildings: the former Council offices which were vacated in 2011 and a former Adult Day Care Centre which was vacated in May 2016.

The scheme, designed by Pozzoni, includes 70 apartments along with ancillary commercial floorspace (2,852 sqft), on-site car parking, hard and soft landscaping, and a communal garden. The apartments will comprise 16 one-bedroom apartments, and 54 two-bedroom apartments.

EKPS is the agent for the application.
