The bottom photo is from a September 2024 and shows the incredible change that has been delivered over the past decade with the introduction of New Bailey: a mixed use development which forms part of the 50 acre Salford Central Masterplan delivered by English Cities Fund - a strategic partnership between Muse, Homes England, and Legal & General - in collaboration with Salford City Council.
This includes, from left to right, 3 New Bailey (157,000 sqft); 4 New Bailey (175,000 sqft); NCP car park (635 spaces); 2 New Bailey Square (188,500 sqft); Eden (115,000 sqft); NCP car park (633 spaces); and, the Graphite Building (135 apartments).
Huge thanks to Salix Homes for their help with the recent photograph.
