230 Chapel Street proposals submitted to Salford City Council

On Friday 7 October 2016, EKPS submitted an application to Salford City Council on behalf of Bellward Properties. The proposals seek approval for the change of use of the vacant 230 Chapel Street building to apartments, along with the erection of a two-storey rooftop extension.

The proposals have been designed by Tim Groom Architects and EKPS have provided advice throughout.
