Affordable Housing proposals approved in Sale

Acting on behalf of Chester House SIPP and Trafford Housing Trust, EKPS has secured planning permission from Trafford Council to convert the Chester House office building to 24 affordable residential units.

The scheme has been designed by View Architects and is one of the first 100% affordable housing schemes submitted to a Greater Manchester Local Planning Authority following publication of the draft Greater Manchester Spatial Framework in January 2019.
