Chester House affordable housing proposal submitted to Trafford Council

Acting on behalf of Chester House SIPP and Trafford Housing Trust, EKPS has submitted an application to Trafford Council which seeks approval to convert the Chester House office building to 24 affordable residential units. In addition to the change of use the application also seeks approval to extend the building to the side and rear, with a single storey rooftop extension.

The scheme has been designed by View Architects and is one of the first 100% affordable housing schemes submitted to a Greater Manchester Local Planning Authority following publication of the draft Greater Manchester Spatial Framework in January 2019.
