Application submitted for former Tobacco Warehouse site in Liverpool

On Friday 5 May 2017, EKPS submitted an outline planning application for a new residential development on Commercial Road, Liverpool on behalf of Trophy Homes.

The application proposes the construction of two new linked buildings to provide up to 110 new residential units (Use Class C3) with parking and amenity space.

The application includes details of access, layout and scale, all of which are submitted for approval. Details of the appearance and landscaping will be reserved for future submission.
