Approval for new plans at Sale former Magistrates Court

The Euan Kellie team are proud to have advised PIC Homes and Trafford Council in successfully securing amendments to the existing planning permission at the former Sale Magistrates Court site.

The amendments to the scheme, designed by CODA Architects, will ensure the development on the site will be delivered, unlocking the construction of high-quality homes on this otherwise long-stalled site.
