One Heritage proposals submitted to Salford City Council

Euan Kellie Property Solutions has submitted a planning application on behalf of One Heritage, seeking approval for a 55-storey building at Greengate in Salford.

The proposals designed by OMI Architects include 545 apartments along with residents’ amenity space, car parking and hard and soft on-site landscaping.

The application follows a public consultation event held on 10 September and pre-application engagement with Salford City Council and Urban Vision.
