Outline permission granted for up to 140 new homes in Warrington

Warrington Borough Council Development Management Committee has approved Premier Loushers’ outline planning application involving land off Loushers Lane in Latchford, Warrington.

The outline planning application sought approval for up to 140 dwellings, 30% of which will be affordable; a positive response to the Borough’s ongoing shortfall. Land has also been set aside on-site for the provision of a link road from Loushers Lane towards Warrington town centre - an important strategic ambition of the Southern Gateway.

In addition, the proposals include significant landscape and ecological enhancement through both on-site and off-site provision.

Euan Kellie Property Solutions provided planning advice throughout the project.
