Permission granted for Bellmac’s Residential Development in Bolton

EKPS have secured consent on behalf of Bellmac Developments within Breightmet in Bolton.

The scheme, designed by BTP Architects, will deliver a total of 40 new dwellings within a mix of two storey terraced and semi-detached houses and apartments, along with a new access from Blenheim Road and hard and soft landscaping.

EKPS were responsible for providing planning strategy advice, the coordination and submission of the planning application and leading on discussions with planning officers throughout the pre-application and determination process. The application was Minded to be Approved at Bolton Council’s Virtual Planning Committee on 25 June 2020, subject to the completion of a S106 Agreement.
