Planning approval for an affordable housing scheme in Eccles

Last week, Euan Kellie Property Solutions secured planning approval on behalf of CERT Property for a new affordable housing scheme in Eccles

The proposals will deliver 126 new homes for social rent on the edge of Eccles Town Centre, providing much-needed affordable housing and bringing the long-vacant site back into use.

Designed by Architectural Emporium Ltd and CW Studio Ltd, the scheme also includes improvements to the surrounding public realm and highways, helping to strengthen connections within this part of the town centre.

The proposals link with the wider Eccles Masterplan, supporting the ongoing regeneration and improvement of the town centre.  The approval represents a positive step for Eccles, bringing forward new affordable homes alongside improvements to the surrounding area.
