Planning approval for Clarendon House

EKPS are pleased to have secured a recommendation for approval at Planning Committee for Clarendon House, Trafford, on behalf of Citihaus.

The approval comprises a number of small ground floor extensions, two storey roof extension, together with the change of use from Office to Residential providing 68 no. dwellings.

The redevelopment of Clarendon House forms part of a wider masterplan for the Stamford Quarter that is being delivered by the Trafford Council / Bruntwood joint venture.

EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application, and liaising closely with Trafford Council to secure a recommendation for approval at Trafford Council Committee on 11 August 2022.
