She has a broad expertise advising clients across the development sector. Following a decade of experience at Deloitte Real Estate (formerly Drivers Jonas) she advises on a wide range of projects including city centre regeneration projects and large-scale residential and social housing schemes.
She’s particularly skilled in project managing complex planning applications, coordinating large teams and managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments.
With a passion for cities and their rich heritage, she gets a huge amount of job satisfaction from collaborating across the sector in order to secure planning permissions that breathe new life into historic buildings and boost a place’s vitality.
Ellie regularly speaks on discussion panels focusing on the latest planning and development debates. She loves networking and feels that that’s just a business buzzword for what it really is: making and strengthening professional friendships.
Ellie is a chartered town planner (MRTPI) and a Practitioner of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA).
