Kelly is our captain (OK, co-captain) and a safe pair of hands at the helm. She’s a team player, prioritising the team’s wellbeing and making sure that projects and the business at large are moving forward as they should be.
She’s a details person, and that gives her the innate ability to keep her finger on the pulse of all our projects. It also means she is particularly partial to project managing major EIA planning applications and the discharge of conditions on complex, major planning applications for regeneration proposals. Her motivation with all her work is getting the best result for her clients, and she typically knows her clients’ planning permissions better than they do!
A chartered town planner (MRTPI) and a practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA), Kelly has worked in the property industry since 2003 and has a sharp commercial awareness.
With experience working at BDP and Deloitte Real Estate (formerly Drivers Jonas) prior to joining forces with Euan, Kelly advises clients such as Domis, Salboy, Kellen Homes and Dogs4Rescue. She works closely with local planning authorities to secure commercially viable and deliverable planning permissions that get the right result for clients.
Kelly coined the phrase “boutique planning consultancy” and we think it’s rather fitting. She drives the business forward, focusing on nurturing values of collaboration and agility, ensuring that clients receive the best experience. She says:
“We’re a small team so we’re not going to be working on every project out there, but our clients know that if they want someone to be wholly dedicated and committed to a scheme, they come to us.”
