We advised Salboy on how to achieve a comprehensive planning permission for a city centre site, after planning permission had already been granted for half the site (Copper Works) by a previous developer.

Euan Kellie, acting on behalf of Kellen Homes and Great Places Housing Association, submitted a Full Planning Application for a 498-home development to Manchester City Council in March 2025 for a site near to the Etihad Campus.

We are pleased to advise that the Decision Notice for the redevelopment of the former Adelphi Lads Club has been issued today.
