On 22 June 2017, EKPS submitted a planning application to Cheshire West & Chester Council on behalf of Galliford Try Partnerships, seeking approval to redevelop a site owned by the Council located in the centre of Northwich.

In June 2017, EKPS submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council seeking approval to convert 40 Chorlton Street into a high specification aparthotel.

JR Properties, the sister company of Richer Sounds, has secured planning permission to convert part of the ground floor and the upper floors of 3-5 John Street in Manchester city centre to residential use, and to add an additional two-storey rooftop extension.

On Friday 5 May 2017, EKPS submitted an outline planning application for a new residential development on Commercial Road, Liverpool on behalf of Trophy Homes.
